Legal Advocacy

The Legal Counsel has primary responsibility for providing legal expertise and resources to victims of domestic violence, legal advocates in the field of domestic violence, and others on behalf of victims within the justice and other systems. Our Legal Counsel is a critical element in implementing NJCBW public policy positions through the vehicles of the appeals project on behalf of battered women and the Legal Advocates forum.
